Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of this product (and where it’s likely to be applied), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or “it didn’t make me as big as I hoped”.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us at thedicktape@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened or handled in ways we’d rather not discuss. Only items that arrive damaged or incorrect are eligible for return.
Refunds
If a refund is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
